With convenient flexibility, the lineup of the band can be sculptured to suit the size of your event. The Flaming Sambucas, lead by founder member Terry Nicholas (keyboards, vocals), and including regular members Heidi (vocals), Katrina (vocals), Annie (vocals), Mick (guitar), Rob (guitar), Jamie (guitar, vocals) and Matthew (drums), can be a 6-piece band (including rhythm section), or can be as small as a duo for those small cocktail parties.
Over an exciting career, The Flaming Sambucas have entertained overseas for many international conferences and award events, as well as played for hundreds of national events all over Australia. Regular appearances at the Adelaide Carols By Candlelight, major travel industry events, Qantas, Queensland Tourism and Clipsal 500 have consistently been part of the calendar.
The Flaming Sambucas also have in their kitbag their nationally acclaimed ABBA GOLD Theatre Show. This tribute show completes with authentic costume, authentic music, synchronized video and story telling. It has now evolved, from its inception in 1995, to become a highly popular and emotive theatre experience. The Music of ABBA will continue to live!
And also, their ELTON JOHN Theatre Tribute Show (since 2012) – (complete with the White Grand Piano, story telling, costume and also tailored synchronized video), is an exciting, colorful and nostalgic experience.
